The mission statement of the SJCBC is to provide the most effective, reliable cannabis at an affordable price to assist you with your holistic medical needs. We pride ourselves in upholding standards of excellence in a compassionate and forward thinking environment.
Background: The SJCBC is San Jose’s First Storefront Cannabis Buyers Collective.
We have a very high quality standard and carry a wide variety of Flowers, Concentrates & Eatables. Our mission is to provide clean, safe, high quality medication for our members.
You can join our Collective, free of charge, by bringing your verifiable Doctors Recommendation and California ID.
- 20 & Over ONLY
- Two day waiting period for new members. With appropriate medical records, exceptions can be made for certain severe medical conditions such as Parkinson’s, Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy and severe pain.
- We have a return policy in which cannabis may be exchanged for store credit, as the Collective wants to ensure all patients have effective medicine.
- We are a Not-for-Profit Organization, based on Prop 215 & the Attorney General’s Guidelines, giving back to the community through financial and volunteer means.
- We are members of the Medical Cannabis Safety Council (MCSC) and have dedicated ourselves to providing safe access for all patients.
- All edibles are made in California Certified Kitchens.
- All edibles and cannabis are treated as food products.
